Residential - House: living room - Morden

The work involved transforming the traditional living room into room with a mixed modern feel yet retaining the traditional features of the house within a tight budget.  The final touches that were also added resulted in the room becoming much lighter and feeling more modern and spacious.
Residential - Penthouse flat: living room, 2 bedrooms and dining room - Battersea - Current project -

A modern penthouse flat acquired by a property developer wanting a minimalist decor to suit his style.  Appropriate furniture was purchased along with a number of abstract art paintings to complete the desired look.  The work included stylising the lounge and the elevated dining area, as well as the master bedroom with a built in closet and a guest bedroom with a mix of modern and traditional furniture.  Further details of the work including pictures are available at the first free consultation meeting.
INTERIOR DESIGN
Residential - Flat: living room, 2 bedrooms and dining room - Wimbledon

This modern flat in a newly built development required a total colour scheme design as well as the accessorizing of each room with a theme and the transforming of the third bedroom into a cosy dinning area for 6. Residential - Flat: living/dining room and 2 bedrooms  - Wimbledon

As a rental property, owned by absentee landlords, this ground floor flat needed general TLC with a view to a future sale. The brief was to create a modern living environment. It was a resounding success as the flat was sold upon completion and achieved a significantly better price than first envisaged.
Residential - Flat: lounge, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and kitchen - Southfields

This previously rented flat was acquired by a first time buyer and required a homely touch to make it less impersonal.  The basic shell existed however it was cold and bland.
The brief included redesigning of the bedroom unit, living room walk-in closet and work to the hallway to cure damp problems.  The work enhanced the spacious feel and created a modern living environment.
